Simple control systems. Up and running in days, not weeks.
Closed-loop recirculation cuts water consumption by up to 90%.
Single or multiple tire rotations, sized to your truck volume.
Meets environmental and pollution control requirements for permits.
Products
For sites that relocate every 6–24 months — advancing mines, construction access roads. Rapid deployment, no civil work required.
For processing centres and long-lease mines. Concrete base installation engineered for high-volume, heavy-truck traffic over decades.
Water Reclamation
Every KKE wheel wash discharges wash water into a PCET Dirt Trap — a multi-chamber steel tank that separates solids, hydrocarbons and fine sediment before recirculating water back to the spray jets. No open drains. No off-site disposal of liquid waste.
How it works
High-solids wash water flows by gravity from the wheel wash bay into the first chamber of the PCET tank.
Water slows as it passes through 3 chambers. Heavy solids — mud, rock, tyre debris — sink to the tapered floor by gravity. The taper directs sediment toward the scraper conveyor.
A 300 mm wide continuous scraper chain (1 scraper/m) runs along the tank floor on a timer. It pushes accumulated sludge to a discharge point for dry removal — no manual tank entry required.
A surface oil skimmer continuously draws the floating hydrocarbon layer (tyre lubricants, fuel spills, grease) off the water surface into a separate collection point, preventing re-contamination.
A coagulant chemical is dosed into the flow. Fine clay and colloidal particles — too small to settle on their own — clump together (flocculate) and drop to the floor for scraper removal.
Treated water is pumped back to the wheel wash. Output is murky (solids-reduced, not polished) — sufficient for repeated wheel washing without fresh water top-up except for evaporation losses.
Choose Your Unit
Standard capacity — suited for single-bay wheel wash installations up to ~10 trucks/hour
Output water quality: murky — solids-reduced, suitable for recirculation
High-capacity tank — same proven scraper and drive, 2.5× the water volume for sustained high-throughput sites
Output water quality: murky — solids-reduced, suitable for recirculation
