The system consists of 4 stages which are :

1. Oil and Sludge Separation
2. Multimedia filtration
3. Activated Carbon Filtration
4. Resin Softener

The equipment is totally unattended and does not require any manual intervention. The equipment is controlled by a micro PLC which activates various functions based on the inputs from various pressure sensors which detect the filters being clogged.
