Magic Swing 360 Automatic Car Wash Machine is an Inverted L type configuration machine which runs on elevated rails. The equipment is Touchless type and senses the car using Ultrasound Wave Sensors. The system detects the position of the vehicle and adjusts the movement of the arm accordingly.

 

The trolley moves on precision rails and uses high accuracy German Encoders to detect the trolley movement. Even a small deviation is important. The car wash machine detects such instances and corrects itself without any human intervention.
